Free standard delivery on all orders over $100.00

Easy shipping & delivery:

  • Order by 2pm & we'll dispatch your order the same day, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
  • We typically will dispatch your order within 1 working day
  • We have the ability to send most orders to PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers
  • We dispatch orders from our warehouse in Queensland (weekdays)
  • We will email you a tracking number on the day your order is dispatched - (typically by 7pm)
  • Deliveries are made weekdays Mon - Fri (except public holidays).

Delivery charges

Deliveries over $100 are free of charge

For deliveries under $100

  • Up to 1kg actual or cubic weight. $10
  • Up to 3kg actual or cubic weight. $12
  • Up to 5kg actual or cubic weight $15.
  • Orders over 5kg actual or cubic weight will be calculated at checkout.
  • Orders over 25kg will be quoted and sent to you via email.
  • Express delivery can be added for a additional cost of $10

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard Delivery:

  • Sydney & Brisbane - 1-2 working days
  • East Coast - 1-3 working days (most locations)
  • West Coast - will typically take 4-5 working days
  • Tasmania - will typically take 4-5 working days
  • Express Delivery - based on Australia Post's schedule:
    • Capital Cities - 1 working day (Overnight).
    • Other Express Delivery Network Locations - 1 working day (Overnight)

WA Customers - Australia Post's Express Next Day Delivery network is unfortunately extremely restricted from Sydney. It is confined to the Perth CBD only servicing postcodes in the ranges 6000-6005; 6800-6899

* NB Express Delivery is not available outside of Australia Post's Express Delivery Network. To check whether your address falls within this network please consult Australia Post's Express Delivery Network table (click here).

Items that are heavy or bulky cannot be sent Express Delivery. For these items the only shipping method that will be available will be Standard Delivery.

Please ensure that you provided us with the correct address including correct Suburb and Postcode. If your address is incorrect and gets returned to the warehouse we will need to charge you a redelivery fee.
